The TDB are duct burners that are installed to increase the temperature of turbine’s exhaust gases.

These burners are able to generate a short flame with a wide turn-down. Through a correct air flow distributions, they are able to guarantee a good flame stability and low emissions; eventually it is also possible to make the study of flows through computational fluid dynamics software (CFD).

Each duct burner is specifically designed for: steam generator for heat recovery (HRSG), preheating of the exhaust gases by selective catalytic reduction (SCR) or for other application in air heating field.
