Forced draft gas pilot with electric ignition system

The TBP-XK-100-F is a premixed gas pilot for all fuel gas; installation on burners with forced or natural draft (Capacity from 25.000 to 100.000 kcal/hr). Complete with high retention head, group with forced air and calibrated nozzles and on request, with an ignition and ionization flame rod.

The TBP-XJ-100-F is a premixed gas pilot for all fuel gas; installation on little burners with forced draft or natural draft (Capacity from 12.000 to 25.000 kcal/hr). Complete with high retention head, group with forced air and calibrated nozzles and on request, with an ignition and ionization flame rod.

The TBP-HE-F is a gas pilot for all fuel gas, with ignition with an high energy system able to operate also in 100% humidity condition; complete with high retention head, group with forced air and calibrated nozzles and on request, with an ionization flame rod.

The TBRP-XK is a special gas pilot suitable for all fuel gas, it can be installed on burners with natural or forced draft and it permits to start from 25.000kcal/hr up to 300.000 kcal/hr of Capacity. This model is provided with forced air only and it includes a dispenser/regulator of gas flow and necessary instrumentation. It is often used when is necessary to grow up the flame length and/or to guarantee a good flame stabilization in combustion chamber in pressure.
