Oil guns for all applications

The TBO oil guns are designed to be installed on any type of burners and kind of plants. They are suitable for any type of light fuel oil (Diesel, Kerosene or Benzene and condensate fuels), heavy fuel oil and liquid fuel contaminated with water. The TBO oil guns are mainly used in burners for process furnaces, boilers, incinerators and in general for all applications that require a thermal oxidation of waste and contaminated oils. The oil guns are essentially divided in two types: with mechanical atomization or assisted atomization by a fluid which: steam, air or any type of gas.

 

Parallel Pipes model

The TBO-E-DP oil guns with parallel pipes are mainly used for light oils where is required an assistance with atomizing steam; this technology, avoid the thermal exchange due to the contact between atomizing fluid and the fuel oil pipe, removing the risk to increase the fuel oil volume (vapor block). They are suitable for all hazardous liquids with low viscosity and low density (specific gravity).

 

 

Concentric Pipes model

The TBO-E-IM oil guns with concentric pipes are mainly used for heavy oils where is required an assistance of an atomizing fluid. They are suitable for all heavy liquids with high viscosity and high density (specific gravity), they are also suggested for waste liquid fuels with air or gas atomizing.
