Torch oil & water sprayers for Fluid Catalytic Cracking plants

The Torch Oil and Water Sprayer are designed to effectively control the temperatures in most Regenerators Catalytic fluid bed (FCC unit). Both “Sprayers” for oil or water have features that allow an easy application and that offer many advantages including the radial installation on catalytic regeneration chamber and a sealing system, capable to permit an easy removal for cleaning with plant in operation, by a valve complete with a steam purge inlet.

The spray tip or nozzle use an unusual principle of atomization, faster, that permit a right mixing or emulsion inside them. For the construction of atomizer and tip are used special metals that are able to offer an high resistance to high temperature and erosion by catalysts, thus ensuring greater longevity of components.
