TFC-AS-DF low NOx type

The TFC-AS-DF is a Low NOx gas and oil firing burner, designed for Down Firing application on the roof of Reformer heaters; its strong flame pattern is not influenced by flue gas furnace currents.
The fuel oil gun is designed for mechanical atomization, otherwise with compressed air or steam.
Typically considered for forced draft application with or without preheated combustion air, it is also available for induced draft application.
This burner model is designed for pressure drop from 0,5 inch w.c. to 6,0 inch w.c.
Special refractory tile permit to guarantee the application of Staged Air technology in order to reduce the adiabatic peak of flame temperature and NOx thermal formation.
